Founder

Itxia, DMSc, PA-C is the visionary behind XIA Aesthetics & Wellness, where science meets artistry. With a deep dedication to personalized care, she ensures that every patient feels seen, heard, and confident in their skin. As a skilled injector, she seamlessly blends medical precision with an artist’s eye—bringing out the most natural, refreshed version of you. She is passionate about caring for patients in a holistic manner, where she promotes optimal wellness.

Before launching XIA Aesthetics & Wellness, she served as a professor for the Texas Tech University PA Program, where she mentored the next generation of healthcare professionals, and continues to do so. Today, she continues to make an impact in the medical field as a practicing physician associate in a fast-paced emergency department, where her career rooted 9 years ago. Her extensive clinical background gives her a unique, well-rounded approach to wellness & aesthetics—grounded in safety, expertise, and compassion.
